We are changing our name: from now on, the Save Pets of Ukraine social initiative will operate under the single brand name U-Hearts (NGO U-Hearts Ukraine).
This decision is a logical step in our development. In Ukraine, we were known as Save Pets of Ukraine, and our partners abroad were U-Hearts Foundation — a charitable foundation that accumulated international aid for Ukrainian animals. Now we have united our Ukrainian and global activities under a common name in order to be as clear and transparent as possible for our beneficiaries, donors, and partners.
In three and a half years, we have grown from a humanitarian initiative into a platform that unites the animal community, supports shelters and volunteers, and shapes a new culture of responsible treatment of animals in Ukraine and promotes adoption.
A single name will help us strengthen our influence and speak with one voice both in Ukraine and around the world. Since March 2022, we have grown both quantitatively and qualitatively. But we continue to create systemic changes for the welfare of animals.
U-Hearts believes that the world would be a better place if humans and animals lived together in responsibility, trust, and care — not out of pity, but as equal cohabitants of this world.
U-Hearts strives to give meaning to human kindness — transforming emotional impulses into influence that changes reality for animals and humans.
The U-Hearts team is a force that strives to create a peaceful coworld of pets and humans forever.
